My new iPad Air (4th generation) will not charge from my MacBook Pro (16 inch 2019). When I connect them with a USB-C cable, the iPad does not charge. I get not indication that they are even connected. I have tried all four ports on the MacBook, and get the same behavior. All the resources I find say that this should work.
