Strange after reset and update

Hi! I use iphone by the official recomandations and i am very careful about it. After the last reset and update my new Iphone 11 started to get hot on normal use and the battery is draining so fast during the day. What caused it in that immediate way? I onow my phone and its battery, it was going longer during the day? Thanks!
