Iphone 11 power button

I was able to regain my iphone 11 which had been stolen. I plugged it in to charge it and at the top of my screen, it was a link to support.apple.com/iphone/restore. So I plugged my phone into my computer and I cannot restart it because my power button is stuck in the phone and I cant get it out. How do I get it unstuck?
