how do I change safari font color to black from grey?

I can't read the default grey font color. How do I change it to black? I looked in Safari preferences but don't see that option.

This difficulty occurs based on website preferences such as stylesheets, and webpage layout. There is no one universal font unless you disable the stylesheets entirely, but you may miss out on specific website custom styles where the website author mistakenly thought it was wise to use styles for communication.

Safari menu -> Preferences -> Advanced lets you create a customized stylesheet with your own preferences the view websites, and enable a Develop menu, where you can disable website specific stylesheet overrides.

Apple menu -> System Preferences -> Accessibility -> Display lets you adjust the contrast of the display.

Apple menu -> System Preferences -> Displays -> Colors lets you adjust the color temperature.
