I have an iPhone 12 mini using the current software version as of 5/1/22 and I cannot set a “remind me when messaging” for any reminders in the app. The option doesn’t appear anywhere. Is this a bug? An option unavailable for iPhone 12 mini? Any help? Thanks!

When you're setting up a reminder, have you tried saving it to see if you can then edit and add the reminder while messaging? In addition, are you aware if you have any restrictions or profiles installed on your iPhone that may be preventing this from occurring?

Get a reminder while messaging someone
1. Tap a reminder, then tap the Edit Details button.
2. Turn on When Messaging.
3. Tap Choose Person, then tap a name in your contacts.
The next time you chat with this person in Messages, a Reminders notification appears.

Appreciate the response! But, I have tried saving the reminder and I don’t have any profiles other than the current one on my phone. Neither solution has produced results. The option just appears to be missing entirely.
