Does the Apple USB-C to Headphone Jack Adaptor support up to 24Bit/192kHz lossless music playing?

I’ve read that the Lightning to Headphone Jack adaptor only supports up to 24Bit/48kHz in Apple lossless music FAQ section. But it makes no mention of the case for the USB-C to Headphone Jack Adaptor which i use to enjoy music on my iPad Pro 11 (2021) in Apple Music with Hi-res Lossless music switched on for both Wifi and downloads. Please help check if the official Apple USB-C to 3.5mm Headphone Jack Adaptor supports music playback of higher than 24Bit/48kHz. The box which my adaptor came in was labeled to be manufactured in March 2022, made in China, Model A2049.

iPad Pro, iPadOS 15

It seems that both Apple headphone adapters (Lighting and USB C) offer 24 bit/48 kHz maximum sample rate.

In order to get externally converted hi-res audio with Apple Music you need an USB DAC.

Here are some threads (some are quite long) addressing the differences of headphone adaptors:
