Unable to add any subscription after region change

Today I changed the region after the relocation to another country. I followed the instructions, canceled my Apple One family subscription, waited till the month ends, changed the region and now trying to add Apple One family subscription back.

My Account->Subscriptions->and see nothing to manage there. Also tried on my Mac and there is no any subscriptions there as well.

I have latest version of iOS (15.4.1) on my iPhone and BigSur 11.6.5 on my MacBook.

Highly appreciate any advice how to add subscription back.

Make sure Apple One is available in the new region: click here-> See if Apple One is available in your country or region

Then follow the steps here if it is: link-> Bundle Apple subscriptions with Apple One - Apple Support
