disable USB Mass Storage devices on Mac Mini

Hello,

I've seen articles regarding disabling usb storage devices and tried to delete specific kext files in the extension folder. [IOSUBMassStorageClass.kext & IOFireWireSerialBusProtocolTransport.KEXT]. These are fully protected and is not possible to delete. I disable SIP in order to allow this but all is blocked and protected. Has something changed recently. I cannot find any information or articles that says otherwise. Thank you

Beginning with macOS 11.x Big Sur the system volume is now also a signed & sealed volume so you cannot modify the system volume.
