Logitech K780 / IOs 15.4.1

My logitech keyboard will connect via bluetooth to the phone (Xr) but it will not type--I press keys but no words come out. This is in all apps (imessage, mail, etc.). I have forgotten-and-reconnected and it does not work. It will connect and type to my iPhone 7 however. Thoughts?

I have 2 ipad 6th Gen, it works perfectly on one iPad but on the other iPad only some keys work like home key. Can’t type at all. Why does it work on one and not the other. Logitech K780 bluetooth keyboard... SHIFT does not work Hi - i often use a logitech k780 keyboard to write on my phone but now with iOS 13 the shift key basically stopped working. it cant be smth related to the keyboard, because it works perfectly fine on my laptop. please let me know how i can handle this. thank you!
