Cannot delete Voice Memo documents and data after obvious trouble-shooting.

The entire library of 9+ GB on my iPhone X has been deleted and erased permanently from recently deleted.

The entire library is completely inaccessible, but those 9+ GB are still there in storage with no solution.

This is not a level 1 issue, nor have I found anyone who can offer an actual solution.

Yes, I’ve done all the available trouble-shooting ideas numerous times, including back-ups and updates.

Why is this a problem that cannot be solved?

Hello glitch_twitchie,

To help resolve this issue, we would suggest turning Voice Memos off and restarting the iPhone to see if there's any change. You can do this by going to Settings > ( tap your name ) > iCloud > Voice Memos.

How to restart your iPhone X, 11, 12, or 13

1.Press and hold either volume button and the side button until the power-off slider appears.

2.Drag the slider, then wait 30 seconds for your device to turn off. If your device is frozen or unresponsive, force restart your device.

3.To turn your device back on, press and hold the side button (on the right side of your iPhone) until you see the Apple logo.

You can also change the setting for your deleted Voice Memos in Settings > Voice Memos > Clear Deleted. If the issue persists Contact Apple for support and service - Apple Support.
