Accidentally deleted Voice Memos data from iCloud on my Mac, now all the voice memos on my iPhone are gone, but iPhone storage still says that there is 2.06 GB of 'Documents & Data' from Voice Memos. How to restore all voice memos on iPhone?

Important: When you permanently delete a recording, it’s removed from all of your Apple devices where you’re signed in with the same Apple ID.
So if you search deleted voice memos in recently deleted they will not be found so they can't be recovered from any where Edit or delete a recording in Voice Memos on iPhone - Apple Support
