i just added new email address to my account and I wanted to delete the other email, but it seems like it doesn’t want to be removed.

Try this -> go to Settings -> Mail -> Accounts -> scroll & tap the email address you want to delete -> scroll down & tap Delete account.

second sorry my bad I meant remove the old email address.
here is answer to the questions:
No I did not forget my Apple ID
(I still can login to the Apple ID with
Both email addresses)
No I don’t have any trouble with
signing the account
about the apple article I checked it and sign out from iMessage/Facetime settings and sign in with the new email address, did same sign in/sign out with the entire Apple ID, after all of that still can’t remove the old email address.

Hey I’m Back with bad news,
unfortunately apple couldn’t solve it for me by chating, they come to a conclusion that they have to get contact with me by phone number and not a surprise apple doesn’t support my country (iraq), so yeah I guess my problem can’t be solved that easy. *disappointed*

Hello again thank you for suggesting that but unfortunately it didn’t solve the problem.
after going settings -> Mail -> Accounts
theres no email address other than ICloud and after selecting that it leads me to my apple iD.
