My phone will not charge on the magnet charger that came with it - but my husbands phone will - so it's something with my phone.
What can I do to make my phone charge on the magnet?

Got it. To clarify, do you have a case on your iPhone? If so, does removing it help? If you have credit cards, security badges, passports, or key fobs remove them before charging or make sure that they aren’t between the back of your device and the charger. Thanks for all the info. I ended up turning my phone off, which I rarely do, and turned it back on. Now it charges on the magnet charger. I should have tried that before posting, sorry about that.

To confirm, is your iPhone also connected to a Lightning connector while using the MagSafe Charger? If so:
If your iPhone is connected to both a MagSafe Charger and power via a Lightning port, your iPhone will charge via the Lightning connector.

No, my phone is just laying on the magnet charger and even tho I plugged the magnet into my mac computer, my phone is still not charging on the magnet. So I took it off the magnet, ,plugged it into my computer to charge it and it charges fine.
