MacBook Pro - 16" 2021 currently running Monterey 12.0.1
I have a secondary monitor attached. The MacBook won't go into sleep mode. If I step away it just stays on all night with the screens on. Why won't it go into sleep mode? If I click the apple logo and choose sleep it just pops right back on. Any thoughts or ideas?

he current stable release of Monterey including bug fixes, is macOS 12.3.1 I would start there
