Slept over on my iPhone on bed.

Hi everyone, I’d like to ask if there’ll be any damage done on the phone or not, since I’ve slept over on my new iPhone 12 Pro Max, screen facing down on bed the whole night. Sorry for this kind of odd question. I’m just a guy with iPhone OCD. Would really appreciate for the answers and replies.😃
