Some issues in connectivity can be caused by iOS updates and firmware in the hearing aids. If you have explored your issues with your audiologist without success then I would suggest putting in a ticket with Apple Accessibility Support to see if they can help you. I have problems with my Signia hearing aids to. And I am using an iPhone 12 mini.
They lose connection during calls. They will disconnect and reconnect at random.
It seems like one of them will be connected. So it’s not completely lost, but I never know which one or if both will work. It comes and goes all during the call.
Restarting my phone helps sometimes.
