Token Factory iFrame opened it because I thought it was a document from my email

Hello everyone,

I recently did not know any sort of Token Factory iFrame scenario until now, however I deeply worried as I was using my email in Microsoft and I was downloading a document, however randomly a thing called Token Factory iFrame kept repeatedly automatically downloading, and as you know to access downloads it appears on the side of the search button, and I accidentally opened it as I was trying to click open my other document, and the question I ask am I safe? I'm not sure if this is a virus, a hack, or some form of malware, if so what are some steps to do deal with this scenario?

MacBook Air (2020 or later)

This is not a virus it's a problem on Microsoft's end basically ad related there is a huge thread on their site about it. Workarounds are use native Microsoft Ofiice apps or switch to Chrome or Firefox.
