"After your dictation is started in Pages how can you further TRAIN it??"
A question that asks how to use a tool. As such, it is possible there'll be an answer from one of the Pages and Dictation users in this community.
For instance, why does it just go away when I don't speak quickly? Why does it sometimes go away - after sticking with me awkwardly at lulls - then going away AS I'M SPEAKING??
Less likely to find an answer here, but still possible if read as "What makes… and how can I make it not happen?
Will it ever learn to predict as I'm speaking, "That was the end of a sentence and the start of a clearly new one. . Will it (ever) learn when to put a period without my having to state "period? "
Questions that are beyond the scope of these user-to-user communities, as an answer requires knowledge of Apple's product development plans for the application. Anyone with knowledge of those plans is also bound by a non-disclosure agreement regarding that information. Speculation on those plans is also not within the Terms of Use that you (and I, and other users of this site) read and agreed to when registering to post here.
