Extremely Blurry Screen. Hardly able to see what’s on the screen

I’m having an issue with my MacBook Pro’s screen. It is a 14’ MacBook Pro 2021. I bought it about a month ago. The Mac is responsive and I can still click on things and even sign in. The issue is with the display as it is heavily blurred and darkened. I am not able to see anything on the screen and can only make out rough shapes.

The white dot in the bottom left corner is the cursor and the middle is the sign in prompt.

I have already tried booting macOS recovery but I cannot navigate the system options with the burred screen. I’m clueless as to how to fix this issue

Hello WASA_B,

Thank you for reaching out in Apple Support Communities. With the display being blurry, let's make sure to remove a screen protector, if one is on. Now if this is not the case and there's no screen protector, please restart your Mac in safe mode. This helps to verify your startup disk, deletes some system caches and more. Here's a helpful article with the proper steps: How to use safe mode on your Mac - Apple Support

Once your Mac is in safe mode, please restart it as normal and see if the display continue to appear blurry.

We look forward to hearing back from you with an update.

Kind regards.
