Voice to text spelling and vocabulary:

Could my iPhone’s personal profile or Apple ID be trained to eliminate incorrect spellings of certain words or proper names when using voice to text, so that my commonly used family member names would only be spelled the way those person’s names are spelled?

Example: Karen would only ever be spelled ’Karen’, and all the other spelling options like Karan, Karin, Carrine, Carinne, Karon, etc are simply not available.
