AirPods Pro stop working after 10 minutes of use with 100% charge.

Any one here have an idea why my apple airpods pro keep getting out of charging just after 10 mins of use even after 100% of charging after taking out of the case. Just don%27t want to spend money so trying if these can be fixed any how?
