Storage being used under "APPS_OTHER"

I've being trying to clean up my storage for a little bit now, and theres a lot of space being used up by files under APPS_OTHER. The files are games from steam that I have bought, downloaded, attempted to play and it not working, and refunded without uninstalling them.

I'm now trying to uninstall them, but I can't uninstall them from steam because I no longer have access to the games.

Does anyone have any advice or help?
