You know that iPhone 6 Plus is an outdated iPhone (9 september 2014), can’t be update to a higher iOS.

iOS 12.5.5 is last security updates for iPhone 6 Plus -> released 23 september 2021.

now can’t even update bank app

An outdated iPhone is also not safe for bank matters.

You can consider purchasing a newer iPhone type.

Many apps required iOS 14 and above.

Apple doesn’t routinely monitor the discussions. These are mostly user to user discussions.

If you want to, you can send Apple feedback. They won't answer, but at least will know there is a problem or a suggestion for change. If enough people send feedback, it may get the problem/suggested change solved sooner. Pick the closest topic you can find.
