My iPhone number coming up as a different number on the receiving end

I have been having lots of problems since getting my first iPhone back in October. I could list them here but I am exhausted from going back and forth every day with Verizon, Apple, Xfinity no to mention others. One of the issues that I have been having is my number coming up as a different number on the receiving end. Ironically it is to my bank to cancel my cards. It’s an automated system that has never had this problem before. At least with me. After three attempts I used a land line with no issue. I also used another ip13 same carrier no problem. All done within 10 minutes of each other. I also had the keyboard open while sitting on the table on the home screen. The worst part of that were the words I’m You” in bold floating over it. I was able to catch the screen shot and would be more than happy to share. I also have other shots of nonsense that randomly happens. Just much more often. Apple and Verizon both ported into my phone remotely and came to the same conclusion with zero explanation of what is going on. About 3 hours after activating the replacement same thing. I did not activate, transfer or anything else with it. Verizon did in shop. I now have a 3rd ip13 which I really don’t want and haven’t switched over yet. I have to change EVERYTHING to reaver a glimmer of hope that resolves the problems (to many to list). I have seen websites in the privacy report that I don’t know what they are but upon looking them up the are 90% mail and spyware. One being x.ss2.us amping at many others. I hear people over the background on calls, I get random text reciepts that I did not send. I don’t get my 2 party verifications fairly often and I tried everyone of. Those secret code numbers. Everyone says failed, and system error. Apple is doing nothing neither is Verizon besides sending new phones. I will not be importing anything from the cloud or anywhere else for that matter in th 3rd ip13. Anyone have any idea what may be the cause? I have attached the creepy key board one. But there are more.
