Voicemail Phishing Email Downloaded

I received an email from ecardalert.com in Outlook, my work email, saying I had a voicemail. I had just woken up and wasn’t completely “awake,” so I didn’t think anything of it and clicked on it using my iPhone. I’ve received many voicemails before via email. I got a message saying the file was corrupted and didn’t open, so it dawned on me it was a phishing email. I took a closer look and it most definitely was. It was a zip file not a voicemail. I feel dumb but now I can’t do anything about it. It doesn’t appear anything was downloaded onto my iPhone, and I downloaded Norton 360 and nothing was detected. Is there anything else I should do to protect myself? I’m worried. :(

thank you!

If the sender uses an outlook.com address see -> To report illegal, obnoxious, unwanted or malicious e-mail from an Outlook.com, Hotmail, Live or MSN account, please forward the unwanted message in its entirety (including the entire message header), to abuse@outlook.com

Most antivirus apps for your iPhone aren't really designed to find viruses. They are often security programs that bundle multiple functions to justify the price asked. It is quite difficult for security software makers to make a really good antivirus app, because Apple has pretty much boarded up the system.
