My iPhone screen won't rotate and I've tried everything. Turned off portrait orientation lock, display view is in standard, restarted the iPhone, and finally reset all settings. It still will not rotate, however. Any thoughts?

Thanks for posting in Apple Support Communities. You've tried some great steps so far. As mentioned in Rotate the screen on your iPhone or iPod touch - Apple Support, not all apps support rotation so be sure to test in apps like Safari or Messages.
If this happens in only one app and the app is known to support rotation, try the troubleshooting in If an app on your iPhone or iPad stops responding, closes unexpectedly, or won’t open - Apple Support.
