World War Heroes-This version of the client is obsolete. Download a new version in the store

I was able to play the game World war heroes on my Ipad (air4), until mid-May until I updated my operating system.

From that moment the app can not be opened anymore, it sends me to the App Store and there I find the "novelty" that tells me that this application is not valid in your country or region (my country is The Netherlands)

Why ? what is happening?

I cant download an app that was previously on AppStore because the region I live in way back in 2017 there was a game called Cartoon Network super slime blitz. I loved the game and I played it a lot. I just recently remembered it so I went on safari, looked looked it up, and I tapped the link to the AppStore. It brought me to the AppStore And hit me with an error that said I can’t download it because where I lived. I’ve always lived at ballsack same Place so I don’t know why I can’t download it anymore. Did something’s change in between 2017 and 2023?

Apps Abroad I recently moved to Mainland China and when attempting to download the Chinese version of the Nike app I receive an error message, "App Not Available". I changed my region in settings and reset phone. What do I need to do to be able to download?
