Sharing calendars

I am trying to share my calendar. This person definitely has iCloud. When I go to delegate calendar and add person, nothing comes up. I am unable to pull her up as a contact or anyone else for that matter. Any help appreciated. Thanks.

To share a calendar with one or more people in iCloud:

Tap Calendars at the bottom of the screen.

Tap the Info button (a little "i" in a circle) next to the iCloud calendar you want to share.

Tap Add Person, then enter a name or email address, or tap the Add (plus) button to browse your Contacts.

Tap Add.

Those you invite receive an invitation to join the calendar.
