Mac Storage I can’t explain

My MacBook says that it has:

205 GB of storage in apps, 10 GB Documents, and 22 iCloud drive.

The reality is that:

Apps are 72 GB, Documents are about 120 GB and I have everything downloaded on my Mac - No optimization.

I have everything stored in iCloud

Does anyone know what’s happening:

MacBook Pro 14″, macOS 12.3
