How do I make the controls go away so I can take a clean screen shot of one frame? Comand click does not work nor is just clicking the window while it is paused on the frame I want.

With the frame you want in pause, wait for the controls to hide, press command shift 4, then press the space bar which will turn the cursor into a camera icon, then click the image.
