My activity (red circle) stopped working, any ideas on a fix?

No clue why, but my activity ring, the red one, stopped working. The green and blue rings are working. Any ideas for a fix? I am baffled.

Frieryjack, A man of few words, pointed me in the right direction. I had no idea what I was getting into signing up for the Health app.. Wait for it, I still don’t know how, but my activity track is back on! Thanks, 71 yr. old, probably not smart enough for a smart phone,
