Can't sign on to Ticketmaster app

My Ticketmaster app is not working. I deleted and re-added but still not working. When I try to log on I get a "PARDON THE INTERRUPTION screen telling me I was either too fast, Java Script is not on or a third party browser plugin such as Ghostery may be prevent Javascript from running. I am not too fast and have tried a dozen times, checked Safari and Javascript is on and checked Safari and have no extensions installed. I can sign on from my wifes phone, but something on my phone won't let me. Any suggestions?

I went to the Apple store and they identified the problem. The problem was my VPN. Even when I turned off the VPN , it didn’t work because the vpn was turning back on automatically. So I went into Settings, General, then VPN management and changed the setting. Then back to first Settings screen, turn off VPN. This time it stayed off and I was able to get into Ticketmaster Hope this helps

Had same problem... Something in the Safari privacy settings is not allowing Ticketmaster to validate the account.


I went into Safari settings, and unchecked all of the privacy settings... cross-site tracking, block all cookies, etc. Then restarted the Ticketmaster app and was able to get through to my account. (Then went back to the Safari settings and re-enabled all of the protections).

I ended up deleting the vpn app. It is still available in the cloud and can reload it. Once it was deleted I rebooted the iPhone and voila I could use Ticketmaster. I think turning the vpn off is the key. I could access TM on my iPad but the vpn was not connected. If I would have connected it I am sure the TM app would not have worked. Thanks to everyone for letting me know the vpn was the culprit.
