Can't sign on to Ticketmaster app

My Ticketmaster app is not working. I deleted and re-added but still not working. When I try to log on I get a "PARDON THE INTERRUPTION screen telling me I was either too fast, Java Script is not on or a third party browser plugin such as Ghostery may be prevent Javascript from running. I am not too fast and have tried a dozen times, checked Safari and Javascript is on and checked Safari and have no extensions installed. I can sign on from my wifes phone, but something on my phone won't let me. Any suggestions?

I went to the Apple store and they identified the problem. The problem was my VPN. Even when I turned off the VPN , it didn’t work because the vpn was turning back on automatically. So I went into Settings, General, then VPN management and changed the setting. Then back to first Settings screen, turn off VPN. This time it stayed off and I was able to get into Ticketmaster Hope this helps

Tried with Express VPN both off and on.


Apple support had me do a complete backup and restore, but that didn't fix it either.


Also uninstalled the TICKETMASTER app and reinstalled it. Deleted all history and cookies as well.


App works fine from my wife's iPhone, used to work on mine.

I checked Safara and have no extensions installed. I can't find any sign of Ghostery or NoScript but not sure where to look.

I cannot access Ticketmaster app. I have mobile tickets which I cannot access. The app thinks I am a bot.

I have turned off VPN setting and Ticketmaster just says to access using another phone. I don't have another phone. There is no technical help from Ticketmaster at all other than to finally get to a person who changes the tickets to "will call" at the box office.
