Hello, due the recording video (normal, not cinematic or others) I can't swith camera ot 0.5x on my iPhone. I tried it on my friends phone it is working. Here is screenshot from my iPhone.
I cant switch it to 0.5x due the recording, but others with the same model of iPhone can.
How can I fix it? or what must I to do?

If you attempt to take a photo and use the 0.5x, does that show a similar situation?

If the camera isn't working
1. Remove any case, accessory, or film that might block the camera or that places a magnet near the camera.
2. Test the camera by trying to take a photo.
3. If the photo is blurry, clean the front and back camera lenses with a microfiber cloth. If you see dirt or debris inside the lens or if the camera lens appears to be misaligned or blocked, contact Apple Support for help with your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch.
4. Restart your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch.
5. Test the camera again by taking a photo. If your device has a front and rear camera, check if one or both isn’t working. To switch cameras, tap the rotate button .

Hi Annie! Normally I can take a photo and record videos on 0.5x, there is no damage on phone, because it is new.
Everything working perfect, only when I start to record video in 1x mode, due the recording I cant switch it to 0.5x, as in other iPhones.
Please help me to solve this problem.
