My iPhone is in activation locked

My iPhone hasn’t been stolen or lost but when I bought my iPhone 11 Pro Max the seller has been entering his own Apple ID therefore my remaining in activation locked. I have no access to the seller. What should I do. I would be grateful if you could help me with this

Is their any way I can find the owners and contact them? Or anything apple can do to help me out. It shows me part of the Apple ID but most of it is dotted out. It would be good if it showed the whole thing so I could contact them and let them know what’s happening. Thanks

Activation lock but im the owner I recently did a silly goofy and set the apple ID as someone I don't know. I am the original owner, I bought the Iphone from an official apple store and I sent the original apple receipt into the Activation Lock Request. I received "We are unable to process your request at this time." My device is no longer listed in my devices list and I'm scared theres nothing much I can do, any help at all would be appreciated. Thank you

Turn it over to the police or recycle it.

It's useless.

There is no way to bypass the activation lock. It's likely the phone you purchased is stolen.

Unfortunately, an activation lock can only be removed by the orignal owner (in this case, the seller)
