“Uploading to iCloud Paused - Plug in your device and connect to WiFi”

Anytime I am in text messages, I get this message: “Uploading to iCloud Paused - Plug in your device and connect to WiFi”. My iPhone 13 Pro Max was plugged in all night and has been connected to the network. Plus, I’m home so definitely plugged in to WiFi and fully charged. Can you please help me?

I did just get this phone a couple of days ago and I’m scared to lose my content if there’s a problem happening that I don’t know about.
