Hello. I just sell my iphone XR to a buyer. Before sell i have logout all of icloud id on that phone and i erase all content and settings. At my cloud id profile also not showing that i have XR anymore on the device list. But why my buyer cant activate my ex phone as in the picture. Someone please help me, i dont want to make buyer think that im a scammer 😭
