Problem with watching shows on Playstation 5 app

I'm having an issue with watching shows on the Playstation 5 app at the moment. When I go to watch a show, it only shows me the first six episodes and then for the rest of the episodes the preview image is just a grey screen with three dots on it and no information text underneath. Nothing can be selected so I can't watch anymore. I've deleted the app and re-downloaded it but the issue persists. It's for show that had more than 6 episodes. Is there any workaround it is there an update on the way. It seems to have only started since I downloaded the latest system update.
