So, my friend is letting me use her Apple ID on my iPhone device. I signed into her Apple ID on the AppStore to download my apps. They are all free apps. A few days later I have to update some of the apps, and I press update and a tab pops up saying to sing into iTunes. So we try to sign in but it says verification failed. I am using a strong wifi, I don’t have cellular data. Idk what to do.

Some things you can try. Do you have access to another WiFi network where you can try? That has worked for several people.
Try a restart.
Restart your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch *
Try a forced restart. See the section towards the end of the article.
Reset Device. -
Okay, I will try a host spot and if not restarting my device. If I restart it will it delete my content (my apps and photos and stuff) ?
You won't lose any of your data doing a restart or a device reset using the instructions I posted above.
