On your Mac, tap the little Apple at the upper top left of your device. Then Tap About This Mac, then tap Support and your AppleCare+ plan should be available there.

Exactly what do you mean with "renew"? Are you trying to renew a policy from another device?
If you bought both the device and the Applecare from Apple, it should show up automatically within 48 hours.
MacBook Pro AppleCare+ does not take effect？
