Trackpad is stuck and wont click & keyboard not working

Hi all,

I'm beginner user for macbook & just bought macbook air m1 2020 a couple weeks ago (end of apr 22)

and I was using mac usually with sleep mode & 7 May 22, suddenly Trackpad is stuck and wont click , also keyboard not working.

I have had no issues with my Macbook Air trackpad physically clicking whatsoever previously & this mac still new. It was working fine an hour ago, as I open lid my mac.

When I went to use it again the trackpad feels depressed and won't click. I've tried gently tapping around the area, and on the back of the laptop to see if it would become unstuck but didn't work.

i already contact apple support but not solved - case ID101695232578

so every i restart my mac, it was working fine and then shortly after it's stuck.

What can I do to fix it as use this computer a lot for work, and definitely can't afford to buy a new one... :(
