Health app - Sharing data

So I have a problem with sharing data with my partner from my Health app. I am unable to receive his invitation to share data and therefore I can’t accept it. On the other hand, when I send him an invitation, he receives it and accepts it. So he can see all my data and I can’t see his. On his phone under my name it just says “Invite pending”. I have iPhone 12 & he has iPhone 13. We are both on iOS 15.4.1 and software is up to date. All apps are updated. We both have our iCloud account / Apple ID email in our contact card. We both have iCloud account with Health turned on and two-factor authentication enabled. So I don’t know what the problem is. Is this just an Apple bug? How can this be fixed, please help.
