I can hear callers, but the can’t hear me on my iPhone6s

I can hear callers, but recently, they cannot hear me, I have checked the microphone, but cannot find any blockage.

Iphone 12 max callers can’t hear me Have done power on/off, checked microphone on audio note, all fine. But person I call can’t hear me. HELP!!
