How do I inform Apple Corporate of very unusual occurrences of conflicting, repetitive, and high priced logic board replacements on my Mac minis? I’ve reported unusual activities in the Atlanta Metro Area Apple Stores in the past, and now this!

I have a history of very unusual activity at the Mall of Georgia Apple Store, and it’s now become expensive, and very frustrating events that are preventing my historic enjoyment of Apple products.

I managed Customer Support/Satisfaction in another industry for a decade. Believe me, I always preferred a dozen well-written, concise business letters to one email or pink "While you were out..." slip on my desk.

As Apple does not publish internal email addresses, that's off the table anyway.

Phone calls seldom reach the right people. Supervisors are not on "call standby" so you get an underling who may or may not opt to inform the person in charge. Even if the underling does pass it up the ladder, the message may be edited or filtered and not be your words any more.

A business letter is documentation for corrective action as well.
