I spilled water beside my macbook. It worked immediately but didn’t work later.

I spilled water beside my macbook. It hardly got inside. It was already on and i checked it was working fine. Since, it was not a lot if water I was relaxed. I closed it and went away for some time. I started it again and it didn't work. Any suggestions here?

I spilled water on my Macbook Pro 15" 2017.. Hi. Last night about a glass of water spilled all over my macbook pro 15", the one with the touchbar. I quickly shut it down, patted out the water off the surface and put it upside down. When it felt like there was no water left for me to remove, i closed it and went to sleep. Then i watched videos that said to put it in a tent position, but i already left it closed the whole like 6 hours?! I'm really scared that it won't open again

Water fell in my MacBook pro Hi all..so the one time I don’t have a keyboard protector I spilled water on my keyboard! I immediately turned it over and dried it. Noticed that water started traveling through to the screen. I turned it off after speaking with apple because I didn’t know this step. So I have it with the screen laying flat on the table under a towel at 90 degrees. A fan blowing on it. what else should I do? There is no apple store open close by. Mobile Kanagaroo is available and I will drive an hour to have them look at it tomorrow. Any advice please?

If water got in your MacBook Pro, which it appears is the case, liquid intrusion can be fatal and irreversible.

Schedule an appointment at your Apple Store Genius Bar for evaluation and options.
