OK, go to Settings/Cellular and make sure cellular data is enabled for those apps.

Are you using a VPN connection? Try without.
It’s extremely rare that a Wi-Fi connection issue is the result of a weak battery. A battery weak enough to cause a Wi-Fi connection issue will also cause the phone to randomly shut down.
