My iphone 5 won't sign out of my apple id when I did it before and it worked before and I tried to restart it and force restart and I don't want to reset my device completely so is there any way to fix it and sign out and sign out to a different one because frankly I don't know why so is there anything that can help me

Have you checked Settings/Screen Time for any restrictions?
The phone may need a full reset if there aren't any restrictions that are preventing you from signing out.
If you forgot the Apple ID (iCloud) password, enter the Apple (iCloud) ID, and click Forgot Password. See if you can get a Rescue or Notification email option if necessary. Link to contact Apple Support at the end of the 2nd article.
yes my phone has restrictions but i forgot my password but just 5 days ago I signed out if my regular apple id and signed onto another one and it worked fine so why is there a problem know all of a sudden
