Gifs playing fast

Just for clarity, you mentioned this happens on "all apps except for text". Does that mean that Messages is working correctly but the issue is only present in third party apps? If so, let's try checking for any available app updates (How to manually update apps on your Apple device) and if necessary, delete and redownload the app, then restart your iPhone before testing again. Please let us know if the issues persist after that.

Since the issues are happening with third party apps only, we would first recommend updating the apps on your iPhone. Then if necessary remove the affected apps and then reinstall them.

I have the same issue, with same phone, etc and I Followed your instructions. Nothing changed.

I will have to return my phone as it makes the experience of viewing any gif outside of a text gif unenjoyable and nauseating.

please help!

Or at the most basic level, recognize it’s an issue.
