Cant delete contact

Hi, I have problem in deleting contacts number in iphone. I tried to find an answer how to avoid this on the Internet, but couldnt find any solutions.

I am unable to delete contacts through icloud.com as i didnt use icloud for contacts. Please help me. Thank you.

Delete read only contacts I recently tried to delete a contact that I created few months back. I dint sync it with Gmail or Icloud, yet when I tried deleting it throws an error “One or more contacts may be read- only, not all contacts were deleted”… I have tried to toggle contacts off in Icloud and restarted mobile. It still doesn’t work. the problem started when I updated to iOs 15.4 Kindly help.
