Bought used Apple Watch locked to original owner.

please i want to fix an apple watch series 3 which i bought used from someone here in Finland but i still cant use it because I don't have the person apple id and she told me she sign out already that I don't need her id to do that please i need her to fix it

apple watch 3 I have purchased a second hand apple watch and now the previous owner is uncontactable. The watch is asking for her apple id when trying to set it up. Activation lock can only be removed by the original owner. See this link for reference How to remove Activation Lock - Apple Support

The person that you bought/got this watch from needs to follow all the steps in this link;

Remove the Activation Lock so that the buyer can use it.

If they can't or won't then get your money back or recycle the watch and mark it down as a bad experience.
